Come to the Repair Café today at FIELD Brighton, FIELD HOUSE, Preston Barracks, Lewes Road, BN2 4GL. Note the new time of 1pm-4pm. Try out the healthy, delicious food created by the Field Café and bring along anything that needs sewing, darning, electrical goods and furniture. Irene extended the life of a favourite pair of jeans by adding a patch. 3 lamps are repaired by our amazing team of volunteers, Mattia, Alan and Michael. Shirley was a marvel on the sewing machine yet again… She managed to repair the handle on a a leather bag… and machine darn the worn out… → read on
