The Brighton Repair Café is social event where you can learn how to repair your things using our tools with help from our volunteers. One of the first in the UK, we have been running our monthly events at venues in neighbourhoods across Brighton and Hove since 2012.
Our events are usually held the 1st Saturday of the month (except August) from 10am-Midday at St George’s Hall, Moulscoomb, BN1 9JJ.
NEXT EVENT: SATURDAY 7th of MARCH 10-12 AM
WE EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO HELP YOU WITH:
Sewing and darning repairs (no alterations)
Electricals
Computer problems
CHECK BACK CLOSER TO THE DATE – INFORMATION MAY CHANGE
THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEE
There is no need to book. Just bring your item and we will assess it on the spot.
Repairs are free, but a voluntary donation is greatly appreciated – cash or card. This is how we fund the events, maintain our toolkits, and keep everyone in tea and biscuits.
