We will be celebrating International Repair Day on the 18th October at the beautiful Moulsecoomb Place – home of East Brighton Trust.
International Repair Day is an annual celebration for everyone who makes repair happen in their communities around the world... And there are a lot of us!
This will be a chance to:
- Learn how to fix your things – clothing and textiles (hand and machine sewing), small electrical goods.
- Meet others who are interested in sharing skills and tools for keeping our things in use for longer.
- Find out more about the Right to Repair campaign
You will also get a chance to have a coffee and find out about the amazing work East Brighton Trust are doing in our community and to find out about the other socially engaged creative communities that will be based at Moulsecoomb Place.
We’re also lucky to be joined again by the wonderful Real Junk Food Project who will be running a low-cost grocers filled with delicious high quality surplus food.
